NYIC currently operates dedicated hardware monitoring 24 Hours / 7 Days per week. Special equipment continuously scans our servers every 30 seconds and notifies the systems administrators as soon as an equipment malfunction is detected. Hot-swapable servers provide better than 99.9% server up time and special technology enables us to switch web servers immediately in the event of a component failure, without losing a single document request.
